ORDERS & SHIPPING FAQ
How long are shipping times?
☆All ready to ship items purchased from the shop are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order (usually Mondays/Wednesdays). Exceptions are made to order items and preorders, please see listing description for shipping information.
☆Allow 3 to 5 business days for USPS first class mail. Upgrading to USPS priority mail is an option for US orders only.
☆Tracking numbers are sent through email once order has been shipped. Please keep in mind delays can happen once package is in the hands of USPS.
☆Shipping times for International orders vary. Usually 2 to 5 weeks. Check tracking numbers for updates. Some countries do require VAT taxes to be paid on the customer’s end, so please check your country's tax before ordering. If your country isn’t listed, send me a message so I can add it! I try to ship where I can.
*Please note delays are happening to some international countries, due to labor shortages.
How do I order a custom piece and how long does it take?

☆Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing time for all custom orders. This does not include shipping time. This varies depending on the season. If you need a custom piece ready by a specific date, please message me ahead of time and I’ll do my best to have it ready for you!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
☆I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues do not hesitate to send me a message so we can find a suitable resolution.
